Yin, Yang, and Non-Duality
Yin and Yang are the two ways of a circle. By following one, you reach into the other. There is no destination but only a circle of life; the more you follow, the greater the spirals you create.
In our dual reality, yang can be imagined as the light, wisdom, father great spirit, source, and war, while yin is the shadow, love, mother earth, ground, and peace. Yet, there is a dimension beyond yins and yangs where unity and oneness of everything take place.
The best place to find it, I’ve heard, is if you seek it inside your heart. An inner dimension within which water cannot wet, fire cannot burn, air cannot blow, and the earth cannot shake. A formless place where pure loving awareness pulsates within.
The journey to this inner dimension requires us to look beyond the surface of our daily lives. It invites us to explore the depths of our consciousness, to confront our fears, and to embrace our vulnerabilities. This journey is not always easy, but it is through this process of inner exploration that we discover the true essence of our being.
Ultimately, the journey to this inner dimension is a personal one, unique to each individual. It requires us to be courageous, to be patient, and to trust in the process of our unfolding. As we navigate the spirals of Yin and Yang, we come to realize that the true destination is not a place but a state of being, a state of unity, harmony, and pure loving awareness.
