Non-Dual Ways of Healing
Throughout human history, only a few individuals have understood how to observe life beyond the concept of duality. When we think about a black raven or the white snow, both are nothing more than the mind-originating concepts of this reality we are experiencing. While the non-dualistic approach focuses on the oneness of everything, the dualistic way categorizes the differences in nature. We can think of this separation as the starting point for universal consciousness to exist.
Life is a way for consciousness to exist to enable the possibility of the universe experiencing itself. Every other living being has a unique sense of separation from the wholeness to create an individual way of observation and interaction with their surroundings. This individual story is what we call ego. Ego had to naturally occur during our evolutionary process. Ego divides itself from the oneness of everything, which eventually creates a limited experience for the observer. This is the reason why a wisdom seeker must think beyond the limitations of the mind.
To understand the Tao (the Way), one must be in close touch with the oneness of everything, where reality becomes an infinite space. Being in this state will allow us to observe the wholeness rather than the uniqueness.
When we finally decide to have a plant medicine journey, human consciousness merges with the plant’s. During this non-dual merged state, the plant spirit pulls us up into a dimension where ego no longer exists, allowing us to experience oneness and our connection to the source. Observing the cosmos as a whole creates the foundational knowledge to dive deeper into micro and macro cosmic truths and realizations.
Grasping the idea of oneness simplifies everything into singularity.
